The Duo.

The Duo is a pair of side-by-side townhouses in Keilor East, designed for two clients sharing a single block but seeking very different homes. We worked closely with the builder and both clients from the outset. Same footprint, same architectural language - different layouts, different palettes, different materials throughout. 3D visualisations gave both homeowners a clear picture of their home long before construction, allowing decisions to be made with confidence.

Studio Carlyle delivered design consulting, spatial planning, 3D visualisations and materials specification - a complete design framework for both townhouses, ready for construction.

The project is currently under construction. When complete, The Duo will show how thoughtful design can give two homes their own identity, side by side.
