Currency & Payment.

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Payment is accepted via credit card online or by phone order.

  • Payment is required in full before dispatch of goods.

Placing an Order.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Delivery & Shipping.

  • Shipping is available Australia-wide for a flat rate of $70 on all rugs purchased online.

  • Lead times for standard rugs are 4–6 weeks; for custom rugs please get in touch with us.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Returns & Exchanges.

  • Refunds are not offered. Exchanges are accepted for unused rugs in original condition within 10 days of receipt.

  • Exchanges incur a 15% fee to cover shipping and restocking.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Custom rugs are non-exchangeable unless faulty.

Product Variations.

  • Rugs are handmade, so slight variations in size, colour, pile, or weave are normal and not considered defects.

  • Natural fibres may shed, pill, or fade over time. Please read our care instructions are provided in the FAQ.

Warranty.

  • Rugs are covered for manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery.

  • Warranty applies to residential use only unless otherwise agreed.

  • Claims require invoice number, date of purchase, and photos of the defect.

Intellectual Property.

All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, is owned by Studio Carlyle. No reproduction or commercial use is allowed without prior written permission.

Liability.

  • We are not liable for loss of use, profit, or consequential loss.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the price of the product purchased.

  • Statutory consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) still apply.

Governing Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Spam & Marketing.

  • By providing your contact information, you may receive marketing emails from us.

  • You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the email.
