Delivery + Shipping.
Studio Carlyle offers shipping/delivery Australia-wide for a flat rate of $70 on all rugs purchased through our online website.
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding delivery or shipping.

Lead Times.
Please note that our rugs are handmade with care overseas, with typical lead times of 4–6 weeks.

Custom Floor Rugs.
While we have a wide range of styles, colours, and sizes, sometimes a bespoke rug is the best way to achieve the perfect fit for your space. Please contact our team regarding custom rugs and we will guide you through the process.

Sizing & Measurement.

To help you choose the perfect rug for your space, all our rug sizes are measured length × width.  Please double-check your space before ordering to ensure the best fit. For custom rugs, our team will guide you through sizing options to achieve the ideal fit for your room.

Returns & Exchanges.

We want you to be confident shopping with us. If you are not completely happy with your rug purchase, and it is unused and in original condition (including packaging), you may exchange it within 10 days of receipt. Refunds are not offered.

  • All exchanges incur a 15% fee to cover shipping and restocking.

  •  Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except if the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Exchanged items will be based on the current listed price at the time of the exchange.

  • Discounts from previous sales or promotions cannot be applied.

  • Custom rugs are non-exchangeable unless faulty.

  • We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit during the exchange process.
