Aviano House.
Mornington, VIC
This Mornington coastal apartment started as a simple two-bedroom getaway, and through Studio Carlyle’s spatial reconfiguration it became a playful, luxurious three-bedroom retreat designed for long Australian summers. We carved the third bedroom from an oversized living zone, added a custom fireplace and replaced the carpet with timber boards chosen to balance the existing kitchen tones and the shifting coastal light. The fun came through our patterned custom-designed rugs, and a mix of bold, warm colours that lifted the whole apartment into a more energetic rhythm.
Every piece of furniture was selected for character and practicality, giving the home a modern European warmth without losing its holiday ease. The transformation didn’t just change how the space feels - it increased the property’s value by thirty percent, reinforcing Studio Carlyle’s strength in creating functional, high-value interiors that elevate the way people live.
